Lease Application



The only information needed to begin your lease application process is provided below. Please fill out the form and once submitted, we will email you a link to the SmartMove website where you will create an account with SmartMove were you will be able submit your personal information privately and securely. Each person that will occupy the property over the age of 18 will need to submit their own information. You will also be given the option to add a co-signer on your application. The cost for the service is $25.00 per applicant and it includes a full Credit History and Criminal Report that is required for your lease. After your application is submitted you will receive an email confirmation and the application will be sent to us for review. After review, you will receive an email either accepting or declining the approval of your lease application. If your application is accepted we will email you a leasing contract that will need to be filled out and returned via US Mail or FedEx along with any deposits and/or Rent Payments to Pittman Properties, LLC P.O. Box 27194 Panama City, FL 32411-7194. If you should have any questions or should require an alternative delivery method of your leasing documents please contact us.
